Chocolate Candy Cane Crunch Cookies with A Little Tipsy

Sharing is caring!

I am excited to be here on Honeybear Lane! Heidi is great, right?! I am so happy to visit while she is enjoying her sweet bundle!
Hi, I’m Michelle from…
I love to share creative projects that can be done on a time and money budget. I also host a weekly DIY Under $5 party. I love Nutella, despise all things cherry and refuse to accept that popcorn is not a meal.
But, enough about me, holiday treats.
Last year, I was invited to a cookie exchange, but was short on time so I needed to whip something up quick. I came up with a super easy recipe that is totally yummy! Win, win.
Chocolate Candy Cane Crunch Cookies

Ingredients:

  • Devil’s Food Cake Mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Candy Canes (crushed)-I used Hershey Chocolate Mint candy canes so you could barely taste the mint. I think regular peppermint would be really yummy too.
  • 1 Cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:

Soften butter in large bowl. Mix in cake mix, chocolate chips, and eggs. Roll dough in to 1 inch balls. Dip top in candy cane. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes on 350 degrees.
