Tooth Tunes Toothbrushes

Sharing is caring!

If you are new to this blog, I’ll just say it:  my husband is a dentist.  Therefore oral hygiene is very important in our house!  We got the chance to review those new musical toothbrushes by Arm & Hammer–Tooth Tunes!  Yay!  The toothbrush we got was the “One Thing” song by the band One Direction (but I’m not gonna lie, I was super bummed we didn’t get the “What Makes You Beautiful” one!)

So basically it’s a toothbrush with a button that when you push it, it plays about a 2 minute song, the length of time you want your child to brush their teeth. My son was excited about it, although he wasn’t super excited about having to brush his teeth for a whole. two. minutes.  I guess we’ll just have to work up to it.

These toothbrushes would be great for any child, but especially if your kid loves these popular songs.  ARM & HAMMER Tooth Tunes featuring One Direction is the only toothbrushes that plays One Direction in North AmericaBut there are tons of songs to choose from, like “All Day” by Cody Simpson, “Dynamite” by Taio Cruz, “Tonight, Tonight” by Hot Chelle Ray, and tons of others.

I love to see all the things that Oral Hygiene companies are coming out with in their efforts to make teeth-brushing more fun for kids.  I have to confess, I was not the greatest tooth-brusher as a kid but if I had had some of these cool things like the Arm & Hammer Tooth Tunes Toothbrush, it might have made it more fun!  We also make sure to buy the kid toothpaste for them since it’s not too ‘spicy’ for them.  My husband does this cute and funny Dinosaur routine when brushing my 2-year-old’s teeth since he HATES opening his mouth.  And what can I say, I love, LOVE watching him do it.  He’s seriously such a good dentist with kids.

So what do you think?  Would you try out the Tooth Tunes Toothbrush? (Try saying that 5 times fast!)  I bet it would make a fun thing for some Easter Baskets!

  1. My girls would loooove to rock out to One Direction while they brush. I’ll be honest–I don’t know if they’d make it for two whole minutes, but at least they’d have fun. 😉

  2. The boys did not love the One Direction part of this, but Grant wants “We will Rock You.”…. 😉 It’s on the shopping list.

  3. This is so fun. And the idea of having a fun way for the kids to know how long to brush, brilliant!
