15 Fun Facts About Yours Truly

Sharing is caring!

One of my most recent favorite bloggers has got to be Ashley @ Little Miss Momma.  She is so beautiful, talented, funny, and best of all…honest.  She’s SO good at just putting it out there.  She has admitted that she pees in front of her husband.  Dare I say…don’t we all? 🙂
I want to be more honest.  So here are some honest facts about me.

1.  I walk around flexing my tummy.  A lot.

2.  And sometimes I wear Spanx…(but not that much cuz they are uncomfortable.)

3. There are 11 kids in my family…I am the 9th.
4.  I get super attracted to Hubcap when he wears long sleeved button-up shirts.

5.  I have a serious tickle-monster problem.  I think I’m already training my babies to be afraid of having their arms up.

6.  I enjoy watching Sesame Street, especially when there are celebrities on (like when Neil Patrick Harris played the Bitter Shoe Fairy-hilarious!)

7.  Eating chocolate makes me kinda stinky.  I shouldn’t eat it.  But I still do

8.  Sometimes the TV stays on a little too long in the morning while I’m working/cleaning/showering (those half hour shows just fly by, don’t they?!)

9.  I always put my arm behind my back when I brush my teeth.

10.  I have to finish movies and books…even if I hate them or they are bad or scary.  I have to see the resolution.

11.  I have this ugly scar on my right thigh that I got when I was 6 months old.  I had a birthmark removed with no anesthesia!

12.  I had a seriously crazy obsession with Dave Matthews when I was 18.  I used to dream that I’d meet him and he’d kiss me.

13.  One time in Jr. High I had such a bad scab from a zit I picked to death that I told everyone I fell down and scraped up my head.

14.  I have played piano, organ, violin, viola, and guitar and once point in my life.  And sung.  But now I only play the piano for church…pretty sad, huh?
15.  Every year I make a bazillion New Year’s Resolutions…and then fulfill maybe one goal.
One is better than none!

Okay that’s probably enough (or too much) information about me.
But I’d love to know more about you!!

I love your 15 facts!! I used to have an obsession with Dave Matthews Band too! They are still awesome to listen to.

Wow 11 kids! That's insane! I'm from a family of just 2 kids, but my hubs is from a family of 8…I can only imagine what family gatherings are like.

  2. It's so fun to see someone being so real! And I'm the oldest of 10 kids and my hubby is the oldest of 7… Big families are better, right? Lol. 🙂

So funny. Ditto on 11 kids comment! God bless your mother!

    As for me:

-I sometimes listen to the same song on repeat for months. In college I listened to one Cher song on repeat my entire junior year. (it made my roomates insane!)

-I also really wish I liked sushi; I've tried!

    – I often go through all the steps of purchasing something online, then get to the "click to purchase" button at the end of the transaction and decide I shouldn't buy it and close the page. Then I forget I did that and wait for the package to come in the mail.

-If I'm not going somewhere, taking a shower that day is probably not going to happen (unless I work out)

    Thanks, that was fun:)

Hi! Your post was the one before mine over at The Idea Room so I decided to comment on yours. I love the fact that you learned to play all those instruments! I played the flute for one year in fifth grade and then gave it up. I still to this day want to learn to play the piano but the motivation to do it is close to zero. Thanks for sharing your list!

Stopping by from The Idea Room! Love your list! I feel ya on the chocolate part! As for your scar, I have a scar under my left eye from surgery when I was 9 mos old. Be greatful your scar is on your thigh where it can be covered. Because when it's under your eye, well, it's either bare all or wear an eye patch!

Love your list and it was nice to meet you! Have a wonderful New Year (oh, and you accompolish more goals than I do!)!
