You’ve probably seen these around the “farmhouse style Instagram block” because a lot of people have them. With good reason, they are SO pretty in person and nice and durable. I wanted barstools with backs and ones that were a little more comfortable. My old ones were great for teaching my kids to not drag barstools around the kitchen because they were super heavy. But not the most comfy for sitting on. I love these new ones because they are comfortable, cute, and make more of a statement in my kitchen!

After searching for several months for the perfect barstool, I came across some great options. But I didn’t want to break the bank (especially since I like to change things out quite often) so I kept my search limited to barstools around $100. Some of these are a little more than $100 but if you get them on sale and with coupons, they can come down in price a lot.

I honestly loved all of these farmhouse barstools and depending on your preferences, they could look great in your home! For some reason barstools are so much more exciting to me than regular dining chairs, because I’ve had my current dining chairs for almost 13 years and repainted them like three times.
