Ricotta Cheese Cookies
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 15 oz container Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Frosting:
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1-2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls, then mix together. Spoon large blobs of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350 oven until the bottoms turn brown. Let them cool and then frost with the frosting after. The frosting makes all the difference!
