Grilled Basil Shrimp

Ingredients
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1-2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a Ziplock bag and marinate for up to one hour. After an hour, skewer them and grill for 2-3 minutes. If you want to skip the skewers, use a grilling dish, such as used for vegetables.
