Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Aunt Jemima® whole wheat pancake
  • mix
  • ½ cup old fashion oats
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1½ cups fat-free milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe medium bananas, sliced
  • 1½ cups sugar-free syrup
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except bananas and syrup in a large bowl. If batter is too thick, add tablespoons of milk until desired consistency. Heat a large sprayed skillet or griddle on medium heat. For each pancake, pour slightly less than ¼ cup batter onto medium hot griddle. Cook until browned. Serving: 3 pancakes, ½ banana and ¼ cup sugar-free syrup.
