As a stay at home mom, it's so easy to skip meals and just graze throughout the day. But that's not a very healthy habit, since the things we graze on tend to be things like M&Ms and such. This last Tuesday I got the opportunity to go on Studio 5--a local lifestyle show on KSL. It was so fun! I actually really like going on TV, there's this rush you get, haha!
