This tutorial is very comprehensive.  It includes tips on picking fabrics, cutting fabric, and a page to calculate larger quilt dimensions.  It is 50 steps and 57 pages total.  You can make a puff quilt on a sewing machine even if you a brand-new to sewing!

    It looks stunning! However I'm behind in getting started and was wondering could you just sew the little pillows together in a row and then stuff them and sew all of them in that row closed at once? You can tell I'm always looking for short cuts!

    Hmm…I have never done it that way, and thinking about it I think it could be done, but I don't think it would save you very much time and would probably be more tricky in the long run. If you wanted to make the muslin the same size as the colored fabric squares and omit doing the little puckers on each side, you could probably save time that way. But of course it won't be as puffy. 🙂

  9. I got so excited over this that i got a sewing machine and now i dont see the instructions? did i miss a link i need to click to download it or something? i see nothing on how to make this quilt. Please help!
