Looking for the Arm Candy Purse Giveaway??
This morning I felt like making chocolate chip cookies.
Wait, let me say that again…
This morning I “FELT” like making chocolate chip cookies! Haha!
Stay with me to see how I did it:
(Sorry these pics are so blurry) 1) Traced some circles onto tan felt that I had. 2) Cut out the circles (I had 12 total) 3) Used a sharpie to draw ‘chips’ on the circles. 3) Threaded a large embroidery needle with brown embroidery thread.
Here is what my cookie tops look like. Then I lined them up with the backside (which was a slightly different color because it was all I had)
This is where I got a little lazy. I just sewed around the two pieces and stuffed some poly-fill inside, then sewed it shut. And I trimmed around the edges.
I thought they were cute anyway! And I just let my son play pretend with them on this old cookie sheet.
So after I finished my quick project, I googled other felt cookie tutorials out there. There’s a bunch of cute ones, much better than mine!
