Don't you love fruit pizza? Seriously, I think fruit pizza is such an underrated dessert. It's a delicious combination of fruit, sugar cookie, and cream cheese frosting. I haven't ever really done anything for St. Patrick's Day. But this year it coincided with my husband's Spring Break so we decided to trek up to Fountain Hills, AZ to see one of the world's largest fountains. But what's really cool about this fountain?
