Spring Must Haves with Momma Go Round!

April 1, 2011

Sharing is caring!

Hi, I’m Nina from Momma Go Round!

I’m a former teacher turned SAHM, burgeoning “real momma” fashionista, sometimes crafter, budding photographer,
and connoisseur of ALL things Elmo. My little guy LJ will be 2 next week….so he always has me on the go!

Every Monday I host Real Momma, Real Style, a fashion link up for those of us who need a swift kick in the behind to GET OUT OF OUR PJS!!! I’m determined to find style in my world of c-section pooches and pb&j fingerprints.

Being a mom on the go has TOTALLY changed the
way I see “must haves” for each new season. So today I would like to share with you my mom-ified must haves for Spring!

#5: Nautical Stripes
I saw this jacket in the window of Marshalls and just HAD to have it! Grey and creme nautical stripes with these incredible silver buttons….it’s not a must have, it’s now an already have 🙂
#4: Ankle Jeans
This momma does NOT do shorts. It’s not a pretty look…we’ll
leave it at that. So I’m totally diggin’ the new ankle jeans from Old Navy, especially in white. Now I just have to get the courage to wear white with LJ…

#3: Wellies

April showers bring May flowers…so you might as well look
adorable while trudging your kiddos through the rain soaked parking lot or the sidlines of their next game.
#2: Maxi Dress
Maxi dresses are THIS momma’s BFF. They hide the c-section leftovers, won’t expose my thighs when bending over to deal with LJ,and it creates an instantly put together outfit. Winner all the way around!
#1: Neutral Wedges
Another “must have” I have to admit that I already have. The stability and support of a wedge while carrying 35 pounds of fun while still TOTALLY on trend. I love them, and loved them even more when I found out they were only $20!
So have fun, get some color, be ready for rain and sun, cause SPRING IS FINALLY HERE!

Does your blog have a contact page? I’m having problems locating it but, I’d like to shoot you an email.
I’ve got some ideas for your blog you might be
interested in hearing. Either way, great blog and I look forward to seeing it develop over time.
