Today is the LAST DAY to enter the Great Pinterest Challenge!!!  I’ve received quite a few entries so far and all of them are so cute and amazing!!  I can’t wait to show you all on my Facebook page come Monday.  Remember, you go to my Facebook fan page to vote for the winner.  {{YES we want you to tell all your friends to go vote for your project!!}}

PS.  If you don’t like me on Facebook, please go do it now!  Once I reach 1,000 fans I will be giving away tons of free Puff Quilt Patterns!

Today I want to share with you some of my favorite pins in my Pinterest collection.

I would love to have this rug in my baby girl’s nursery.  Except that I would make it with an IKEA rug and paint and a stencil.  🙂

You WILL be seeing replicas of these pillows (particularly the ‘smile’ one) in my house at some point.  Definitely on the to-do list and definitely super easy to do (thanks to my Silhouette and flocked heat transfer that I’m in love with)

Okay, who doesn’t love a good Anthro knock-off? This is essentially two pieces of fabric sewn at the sides with a casing at the top. Just gotta find the perfect fabric with the right drape…

I love gradients. I already have the perfect project in mind with this as the inspiration.

I don’t know if I’ll actually be doing this project…at least for now. But I totally want to see someone else do it! Buy a vintage suitcase (tons at thrift stores) -> screw in wood planks to secure the base -> make tufted cushions from thick foam, batting, fabric, upholstery buttons, etc -> screw legs into the suitcase and the wood.

That’s all for now, but if you haven’t joined Pinterest yet, go do it!

And be sure to follow me ( <– yet another shameless plug)

Get those entries in tonight by midnight MST!!

Email me at honeybearlane@gmail.com for sewing projects.

    I LOVE the suitcase chair. That’s so awesome! What a creative way to make a chair. Love the smile pillow too, very cute. 🙂 I already follow you.
