One of my favorite snacks of all time is Greek Yogurt. Regular yogurt I’m not such a fan of, but Green Yogurt has a thick, creamy texture that is so filling. So of course I jumped at the chance the review Honey Bunches of Oats Greek Cereal.
This cereal is made with two different kinds of granola, Green Yogurt, crispy whole grain flakes, and of course, honey. There are actually 33 grams of whole grains–over two-thirds of your daily allotment.
My kids loved this cereal as well, which is such a big deal, since they are normally the sugary-cereal-hungry boys. This cereal is definitely not that. Will actually requested it several mornings until it was gone. This cereal is a great way for you and your kids to get whole grains into their diet. Since it is recommended to eat at least three or more servings of whole grain foods, this is an easy way to do it!
