  151. I would love to win the fabric cutter give away, as would everyone else. However, let me tell you what I plan on creating over the next year, if I win it. I want to create a memory quilt of my brother who passed away just over 20 years ago. I envision it with a picture of him in the center, with a few appliques of items/objects which were most associated with him. Then, I’d like to have blocks around the edge which represent each of his siblings (there are 11 children total, so 10 blocks around the edges). These blocks would have appliques of things which represent those siblings’ memories of him. I don’t know if this makes sense, but an example of the “edge” blocks would be that mine would have, among other things, a rabbit in it. (My brother was about 30 years old, and lived far away, when he “smuggled”a little lop-eared bunny inside his jacket, onto an airplane, to give to his little sister – me – for a pet, when he came home to visit. I had that rabbit for many years, and loved it dearly.) As an experienced crafter and seamstress, but a VERY INexperienced quilter, it is a very ambitious project, and I can use all the help I can get! (Hint-Hint, Accuquilt Fabric Cutter, lol.)
