Easy Painted Spring Decor

Step 3: Then I placed the stencil over it and centered it.  I used a pouncer brush and lightly pounced on the white paint over the stencil.  You want to make sure you pounce the brush on paper first so it isn’t totally loaded with paint and uneven.  Less is more with stenciling.
